摘要
医院信息系统(HIS)的开发与实施是一个复杂的系统工程,牵涉面很广。如何确保系统的顺利实施以及以后系统的安全、正常运行,是我们关注的问题。它要求我们从硬件、软件以至开发商的选择,到项目规划、资源调配、控制、协调及风险的防范等各方面都要有科学的计划与管理,从而建立一个成功的系统,为医院的科学化管理与信息化建设打下坚实的基础。
The development and implementation of HIS (Hospital Information System) is a complex system engineering and the process will widely involve various aspects. How to ensure the system to put into effect smoothly and carry on safely and normally is the main issue that we are concerned about. It requires us to plan and manage scientifically from the selection for hardware, software and suppliers to project planning, source distribution, control and coordination, as well as risk preventing. From these, can we estabhsh a successful System Engineering and make a solid base for scientific management and information system construction.
