在石家庄滹沱河流域(市区段)生态开发整治规划中,通过对生态系统受损因子的调查分析,提出区域规划以生态建设为主、开发建设为辅的思路,其中生态建设在城市区域范围之内不可能走生态恢复的道路,而只能走生态重建的道路。
During the ecologicalprogramming of Hutuo river inShijiazhuang city (downtown segment),we analysis the suffering factor of theecosystem system and bring up the dis-trict programming regarding ecosystemdevelopments as the main way ofthinking, developments for assist.Among them ecological restoration isimpossible in the urban district scope.Ecological enhancement is the only way.
