摘要
目的 :建立促血生颗粒 (人参 ,生地黄 ,黄芪 ,绞股蓝等 )中人参三醇的定量分析方法。方法 :采用甲醇提取 ,硫酸溶液水解 ,双波长薄层扫描法 (λS=5 3 0nm ,λR=65 0nm)。结果 :平均回收率 98.16%。结论 :该方法稳定、可行、专属性好 。
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for determination of panaxatriol in Cuxuesheng Granules(Radix Ginseng, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Astragali, etc.). Methods: The granules were extracted with methanol and hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid solution and then determined by dual wavelength TLC\|scanning (λ S=530nm,λ R=650nm). Results: The average recovery was 98.16%. Conclusions: The method is stable, specific and feasible.
