摘要
目的 :研究自拟活血降糖平脂方对属血瘀证的2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂代谢的影响。方法 :选择符合血瘀证的2型糖尿病合并高血脂患者90例 ,全部口服二甲双胍控制病情,在此基础上分为治疗1组 (加服活血降糖平脂方 )30例 ,治疗2组 (加服六味地黄汤 )30例,对照组 (加服蒸馏水维生素B2 混合液 )30例,60天后观察各组血糖、血脂及胰岛素的变化。结果 :治疗1组降血糖、降血脂总有效率分别为93.33%和66.67%,与治疗2组(66.67% ,33.33%)和对照组(60.00% ,26.67%)比较,均有显著性差异 (P<0.01) ;各组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05) ;治疗后的FBG和PBG ,治疗1组均明显低于治疗2组和对照组(P<0.05) ;治疗1组治疗后血清总胆固醇和血清甘油三酯较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 :在口服二甲双胍基础上加服活血降糖平脂方对血瘀证2型糖尿病具有较明显的降糖、降脂作用。
Objective:To study the effect of self prescribed Huoxue Jiangtang Pingzhi Formula on levels both blood glucose and serum lipid in type-2diabetes mellitus in accord with the syndrome of blood stasis.Methods:90cases suffering from NDDMwith hyper-lipid in accord with the syndrome of blood stasis,who had taken the tablet metformin in order to control the diseases,were divided into treatment group1(30cases),treatment group2(30cases)and control group(30cases).Group1took Huoxue Jiangtang Pingzhi Formula,group2took Liuwei Dihuang Wan,and control group only distilled water plus Vitamin B 2 .The levels of blood glucose,serum lipid and serum insulin in all groups are measured after treatment in60days.Results:The total effective rates of reducing blood glucose and serum lipid in treatment group1are93.33%and66.67%respectively.Compared to the treatment group2(66.67%,33.33%)and control group(60.00%,26.67%),the differences are obvious(P<0.01).Compared with that before the test,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and2-hour post blood glucose(PBG)in all groups after treatment dramatically declined(P<0.01or P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG and PBG are lower in treatment group1than those in treatment group2and control group reˉspectively(P<0.05),and the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)and serum triglyceride(TG)in treatment group1after treatment dramatically declined too,but the level of hyper_dense_lipoprotein_cholesterol(HDL_C)obviously increased.Conclusions:Taking the tablet metformin with Huoxue Jiangtang Pingzhi Formula can dramatically reduce the levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in NDDMin accord with syndrome of blood stasis.
