目的 :建立一种敏感、特异的PCR -ELISA腺病毒 (adenovirus ,Adv)DNA检测方法。方法 :应用PCR -ELISA技术检测病人咽拭子中Adv -DNA。结果 :PCR -ELISA检测灵敏度特异性和比PCR琼脂糖凝胶电泳法高。结论 :实验数据表明腺病毒是呼吸道感染的重要病原体。PCR
Objective: To establish a sensitive?accurate method for detection of adenovirus DNA by PCR-ELISA. Method: Application the technique of ELISA assay for detection the amplified sequence of Adv-DNA by PCR in throat swab. Result:The results showed that sensitivity and specificity of PCR-ELISA is more than electrophoresis assay.Conclusion: Adenovirus is an important pathogen that causes infections of the human respiratory tract .Data suggest that this technique of PCR-ELISA could be useful for rapid detection of adenovirus DNA in clinical samples.
