摘要
对我院近期收治的有自杀倾向的 4例严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者病例资料进行回顾和总结。分析发现 ,SARS患者所表现出的不同于一般重症传染性疾病的精神障碍和情绪异常 ,甚至自杀倾向 ,是存在一定的病理和心理学基础的。临床医务工作者要重视对患者的心理治疗与护理 ,帮助患者树立信心 ,并做好防范 。
This paper reported 4 cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) patients who had tendency of committing suicide. We found that the abnormal psychological or psychiatric manifestations they displayed had certain pathological and psychological basis.It is necessary to pay more attention to mental health of SARS patients in serious condition,helping them to build up confidence and avoid accident like suicide.
