摘要
本实验用HE染色法和Gomori醛复红胰岛内分泌细胞显示法观察了四氧嘧啶所致实验性糖尿病大鼠胰岛细胞的变化及汉防己甲素对胰岛细胞损伤的保护作用。结果显示,汉防己甲素能有效地防止四氧嘧啶对胰岛素B的损伤,从而预防实验性糖尿病的发生。
In this study, we observed the preventive effect of tetrandrine on islet B cells injury in experimental diabetes rats with HE stain and Gomori aldehyde fuchsine stain. The results suggested that tetrandrine could protect islet B cells against injury induced by alloxan.
