摘要
企业合约与市场合约是两种基本的合约形式,也是配置资源的两种基本手段。但这两种基本手段之间的关系并不是通常所说的互斥关系而是可以相互兼容的,事实上,现实中的合约通常都是这两种基本合约的不同形式的组合。通过这两种基本合约的组合,旨在实现组织费用与市场交易费用之和的最小化。
The firm contract and the market contract are two kinds of basic contract.They are also two kinds of basic means to allocate resources.The relation between them isn't exclusive but compatible.Actually,the contracts in reality are often composed of these two contracts in different forms.The aim of the composition of these two contracts is to minimize the total cost of organization and market transaction.
