摘要
本文在分析现代企业理论的基础上,提出组织人力资本。一方面拓展了人力资本理论研究的范畴,同时也较好地回答了企业团队存续与发展的原因。企业是一个人力资本与非人力资本以及个体人力资本之间的双层合约。
This paper puts forward organizational human capital based on the analysis of modem enterprise theory. It gives not only more deep research on human capital but also the reason of existence and development of enterprise. It also proves that Enterprise is the eoraraet not only between human- capital and non- human- capital but also between personal human- capital and other personal human - capital.
