摘要
通过对唐钢罗克普型方坯连铸机高效改造后所暴露出来的溢漏严重等问题的分析,认为原结晶器某些结构参数已不适应拉速提高的要求,通过对原结晶器的改进,使问题得到有效解决。
Through the analysis about the problems, such as serious overflow and drain, exposed after reformatting to raise efficiency, it is considered that some original parameters of the crystallizer of the billet caster of Rockpo type in Tang Steel can no longer meet the demand for faster drawing speed. Through the reformation of crystallizer the questions have been resolved.
