摘要
为了有效解决氢氧火焰切割能耗高的问题,通过对氢氧火焰切割节能技术的研究,优化切割程序,利用"氢氧气随其控制开关的开启、关闭发生压力变化来自动控制氢氧发生器的起动与停止"这一关键特性,集成设计了满足铸坯火焰切割要求的节能装置,从而实现铸坯非切割等待过程中熄火节电,达到降低成本的目的。
In order to resolve the high consume problem of Oxy-hydrogen flame cutting,the economy energy technical of oxy-hydrogen flame cutting is researched,the cutting program is optimized,the key characteristic is exploitation which the opening and the close of switch for the Oxy-hydrogen producer,occurrence the pressure variety to automatic control the start with stop of the hydrogen oxygen producer.The integrated a design is satisfied with the requst for the energy saving device while the blank casting cutting,and carry out the power saving while the casting blanknon cutting,attain to decline a low cost purpose.
