摘要
材料设计是材料研制过程中必须首要解决的问题,是材料设计由定性化向定量化方向发展是其必然趋势,为了实现这一领域的自动化和智能化,提出了人工神经网络的开发思想。人工神经网络具有较强的非线性问题处理能力且较强的容错性,并能获得输入和输出之间相互关系的信息处理技术,在材料设计中,人工神经网络已用于预测成分设计、力学性能、工艺参数等方面。
Material design must be deal with firstly during the development of materials. It is also unchanging trend that material design progress from qualitative status toward quantitative status. In order to realize automation and intelligence in this field, this paper raised the development thought of material design neural network. Artificial neural network (ANN) is capable of dealing with non-liner problems and of fault-tolerant. It is an information treating technology that leams the relationship between a group of input data and a group of output results. In material designs, artificial neural network has been used in prediction of composition, mechanical properties, processing variables and so on.
