摘要
目的 :研究珍珠七十丸对实验性脑缺血的影响。方法 :应用小鼠断头法引起的全脑缺血及大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎法引起的不完全脑缺血模型评价珍珠七十丸对急性脑缺血的保护作用 ,并与维脑路通片同步比较。结果 :ig5 0mg或 2 0 0mg·kg-1珍珠七十丸均可明显增加脑缺血小鼠呼吸次数 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,其中高剂量可明显延长脑缺血小鼠的呼吸维持时间 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;同时 2 0 0mg·kg-1珍珠七十丸对脑缺血大鼠的脑毛细血管通透性也有明显降低作用。本试验结果显示 :珍珠七十丸对脑缺血的保护作用至少与维脑路通片的作用相当。结论 :珍珠七十丸对实验性脑缺血损伤有良好的保护作用。
Objective:To study the effect of Zhenzhu Qishi pill (ZQ) on experimental brain ischaemia. Method: The protection of ZQ on acute brainischaemia was examined on the whole brain ischaemia in mice induced by decapitation and incomplete brain ischaemia in rats by ligature of both carotids, which was compared with the effect of Vinorutonum tablet. Result: Both ig 50 and 200 mg·kg -1 ZQ significantly increased the times of gasping of brain ischemia in mice (P<0.001), and the high dose prolonged the duration of gasping too (P<0.001). Furthermore, ZQ could decrease the cerebral capillary permeability of brain ischemia in rats. The results showed that the protection of ZQ on experimental brain ischemia was at least equal to that of Vinorutonum tablet. Conclusion: ZQ had significant protection on brain ischenia.
