摘要
目的 :考查长期给予大鼠珍珠七十丸的毒性及测定其体内铅、汞、砷的含量。方法 :口服给药 3月后 ,检测血象 ,肝、肾功能和铅、汞、砷的含量。结果 :用药 3月后 ,RBC减少 ,WBC、Hb、HCT等无差异 ;对肝、肾功能有一定的影响 ;铅、汞、砷含量虽比对照组均有升高 ,但低于人的含量。结论 :大鼠口服珍珠七十丸的用量高于人临床试用量的 30倍和 90倍 ,连续给药 3月后对少部分指标有一定影响 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the chronic toxicityofratsorally administrated(ig) Zhenzhu Qishi pills for a long period, and determine the contents of Pb?Hg?As in the body.METHODS:After orally taking the drug for 3 months,a rat is examined on its hemogram?functions of liver and kidney,the contents of Pb?Hg?As.RESULTS:After ig 3 months,RBC of rats reduced while WBC?Hb?HCT had few changes.It had some effects on the functions of liver and kidney.The contents of Pb?Hg?As increased to be compared with control,but it is still under the level of man's.CONCLUSION:A rat is given Zhenzhu Qishi pills with dosage of 30 and 90 times of a man's. After about 3 months,it has no change.So the drug is safe.
