摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,人类已进入知识经济时代,跨入学习型社会。图书馆作为"没有围墙的大学",要适应时代发展的要求实现自身职能转变,并切实加大自身改革,以拓展图书馆生存空间,最大限度地实现图书馆的社会价值。
With the development of science and technology,human being have stepped into the itellectual economic times and study model society. As 'the college without wall',library must catch up with the demand of the times, change its function and practically enlarge the reform so that can develop the space of living and accomplish the social value.
