摘要
探寻学术论文“一稿多投”的根源。认为学术期刊编辑部应从采编着手,实现学术期刊采编的数字化与网络化,进行编辑队伍的优化、管理体制的创新,建立新型组稿模式,从而为消除“一稿多投”现象从编辑部方面做出努力。
The author studies the reasons of the phenomenon of contributing one paper to different publishers. It puts forward that reforms should be carried out to avoid this phenomenon, i. e. digitalization of editing work and widely use of the web, improvement of the quality of editors, innovation of the management system, and establishment of a new model of soliciting contributions.
