摘要
调查了2001年出版的200份高校学报刊登《稿约》的情况。结果发现,对《稿约》普遍重视不够。讨论《稿约》存在的2个问题,即形式上的随意性与内容的不完整性,而这正反映出高校学报编辑著作权法意识的缺乏。
The authors of this paper selected 200 university journals published in 2001 and found that the editors hadn' t attached enough importance to their Instructions for Authors. Such two problems in Instructions for Authors as inconsistent forms and incomplete contents are discussed. It reveals that the editors lack copyright law consciousness.
