摘要
在分析我国科技期刊国际化现状的基础上,指出应有选择性地推动我国科技期刊国际化办刊的进程。从科技期刊全寿命周期的观点出发,全面分析影响我国科技期刊国际化程度的主要因素,提出了科技期刊国际化度的概念,并对其评价指标进行详细讨论。
On the basis of analysis on the present situation of the internationalization of the sci-tech periodicals in China, it is pointed out that selection is needed in the process to promote the internationalization. From the viewpoint of whole life cycle of the sci-tech periodicals, the main factors influencing the degree of the internationalization are analyzed. The concept of internationalization degree is suggested for the sci-tech periodicals, and its evaluation indexes are discussed in detail.
