摘要
介绍了一种高准确度铂电阻测温电路,采用四线制接法,克服了长引线电阻所带来的误差。测量方法采用比例法,不仅对电源要求低,还不必考虑零点、温度漂移等问题,测量准确度只与铂电阻的准确度有关。同时,采用牛顿迭代法进行非线性校正,并通过数值滤波处理,在0~140℃温度范围内的测量误差为±0.1℃。
A kind of temperature measurement circuit for plati nu m resistor with high accuracy based on the scaling method is introduced.Fourwi re conjunction method is adopted and thus the error caused by longwire resista nce is reduced.There is no need to adopt high precision power supply and none to consider the problems such as zero shifts,temperature shifts,etc.Thus high accu racy within ±0.1?℃ is able to be maintained in the region of 0~140?℃ b y scaling and numerical filtering.
