防卫素——先天免疫的一种中枢组分 被引量:4

摘要 从先天免疫角度 ,简述防卫素研究的发展历程 ,阐述防卫素的性质、分类、合成、作用和应用前景 .特别关注防卫素在先天免疫中的功能 ,并强调海水养殖对象等海洋无脊椎动物防卫素的研究状况及与先天免疫的关系 .指出海洋生物作为包括防卫素在内的抗生肽资源库的巨大开发利用价值和研制抗菌新药的诱人潜力 .
