摘要
开发了基于Bi4Ge3O12晶体的Pockels电光效应的光学电压互感器(OVT),阐述了OVT的结构设计、传感头的工作原理及其结构.对传感头进行了温度稳定性和时间稳定性试验,当温度在0~45℃范围内,传感器的相对误差为(0.4%~0.4%;在户外运行20 多天的传感器的相对误差为(0.3%~0.3%.并依据相关标准对开发的220kV OVT样机进行了准确度、绝缘性能以及电磁兼容等一系列型式试验,试验结果表明,开发的OVT样机达到了预期的设计要求.
The optical voltage transformer(OVT)based on Pockels effect of Bi4Ge3O12 crystal is developed. The structure of OVT and the principle of sensor are described in this paper. The temperature stability and time stability of sensor are tested. The accuracy of sensor is within the range from -0.4% to 0.4% while the temperature range is from 0C to +45C, and within the range from -0.3% to 0.3% while the time interval is 20 days. 220kV OVT prototype has passed the type tests such as accuracy, capability of insulator and the electromagnetic compatibility. The result shows that OVT prototype meets the expectant specification.
