对SF_6断路器的微水含量、充气方法、抽真空、微水超标处理、SF_6气体回收等几个问题进行了探讨,并介绍了DILO SF_6气体回收装置的应用。
The authors discuss several topics about SF6 circuit breaker, that is, water content, SF6 gas filling, suction and storage of SF6, measures of treatment with the water content exceeding the limit, etc . The application of DILO device is also introduced.
