摘要
针对重庆电网中一相252 kV SF6断路器出现的合闸故障问题,结合现场运行数据,分析了故障的原因,电弧高温下SF6与水、灭弧室内材料及硅脂等发生化学反应,生成物进入密封组件内产生卡涩,对断路器本体的解体检修证实这一情况的发生。最后,就故障原因提出了在检修维护中应采取的措施及注意事项,避免同类问题重复发生影响电网系统的正常运行。
Combined with operating data,this paper analyzed the causes of closing fault in a 252 kV SF6 circuit breaker in Chongqing Power Grid.The chemical reaction of SF6 with water and grease under high temperature arc and it's substances leakage into the sealed components caused the jam.Maintenance about the body of the circuit breaker proved that situation.Finally,some suggestions and methods were proposed to take care during the maintenance for the fault,which can be referred to the similar faults and make the normal operation of the power grid.
