摘要
目前我国大多数航空制造企业正处于生产方式和管理模式的转型时期,生产的组织和管理仅凭经验靠手工方式进行,管理者个体经验的差异常常导致生产组织效果的重大差别。航空制造企业机加车间的生产特点要求高效、优化和规范的车间管理系统与之相适应。论文通过对航空制造企业机加车间的业务流程描述和功能分析构建了以计划为核心、计划推动生产准备部门工作为运作模式的面向航空制造企业的车间管理信息系统模型,论述了其体系结构和功能特点,并用Delphi语言基于组件技术开发并予以实现。
The majority of aviation manufacturing enterprises in our country are in a transferring period of production manner and management mode.The organization and management of the production in these enterprises mainly depend on the experience of the administrators in a traditional way.The difference of the administrator's individual experience often causes a significant contrast of production efficiency.Therefore,a modern,high-efficient ,optimized and standardized Workshop Management Information System(WMIS)is required to conform to the characteristics of the production.After describing the business flow and analyzing the function of the machining workshops,this paper constructs a model of the WMIS,which the plan functions as the core part and drives the operation of the production preparing department ,and further discusses the system structure and function characteristic of it.Last,the WMIS is developed and realized by Delphi programming language based on Component technology.
