摘要
在对现有车间业务流程优化整合的基础上,提出了零件月计划、工序月计划、工序周计划、工序日计划4级计划递阶控制模式,实现车间计划推动物料、工具等生产准备的并行化;依据强内聚、弱耦合的划分原则,提出了车间管理信息平台的9个模块;讨论了系统的内外部集成,设计了系统的组件化体系结构,最终搭建了快速可重构的车间管理信息平台。基于通用开发平台的组件化定制方法,实现不同车间个性化需求的快速定制。该系统在3家企业应用的效果显著,证明了该系统整体方案的可行性和有效性。
The paper developed a reconfigurable shop floor management system. Firstly, the business process of the shop floor production was introduced, which was based on the time scale of monthly, weekly and daily, and the method for the operation plan and the preparation of tools and materials was put forward. Then, the shop floor management system was divided into 9 subsystems, i. e. BOM, planning and scheduling, inventory, tool, quality, cost, and decision support management, et al. Moreover, the information integration of shop floor management system with other system, such as MRP Ⅱ, CAPP,was discussed. Thirdly, the component-based hierarchy software architecture for the shop floor management was established. Finally, the shop floor management system was devel oped successfully through the assembly of these finished components. Running results in 3 enterprises in China show that the shop floor management is feasible, reconfigurable, and can meet the individual requirements of many enterprises.
