摘要
目的 介绍一种治疗骨不连的方法。方法 应用带血管的髂骨骨膜移植治疗肱骨、桡骨、胫骨骨不连,并随访。结果 所有病例皆在2.5～4月内达临床愈合,愈合率达100％。结论 髂骨骨膜面积大、厚、成骨能力强,血管恒定,吻合血管的髂骨骨膜移植是治疗骨不连的好方法。
Objective To explore the method of treating nonunion. Methods Free vasrularized iliac periostea] flaps were used to treating humeral, radial and tibia] nonunions. The period of followed-up was 2 to 2.5 years. Results All cases were cured within 2.5 to 4 months. The healing rate was 100% . Conclusion Iliac periosteal flap is thick, good ossific ability, and stability of blood vessel distribution. Free vascularized iliac periosteal flap is a good method for treating osseous nonunion.
