摘要
20世纪 70年代 ,韩国政府发起了以“脱贫、自立、实现现代化”为目标的建设新农村运动 ,新村运动在韩国农村广泛开展 ,对韩国经济的高速增长起到了极大的推动作用。借鉴新村运动的成功经验 ,我国应统筹城乡经济社会发展 ,加大农村公共产品供给 ,促进二元经济结构向现代经济结构转换。
In 1970s, Korean government has initiated a New Village Project movement with the objective of “lifting out of poverty, independence and realization of modernization'. New Village Project movement has developed widely in Korean rural areas, and given swinging impetus to the fast development of Korean economy. Using the successful experience of New Village Project for reference, China should make overall plans in the development of urban and rural economy and community, increase the supply of rural public goods, and fulfill the transition from binary economic structure to modern ones.
