多孔NiTi记忆合金的制备与微观分析 被引量:4

Preparation of porous NiTi shape memory alloy and its microstructure analysis

摘要 为了提高 Ni Ti形状记忆合金的生物活性 ,采用自蔓延方法成功合成了 Ni Ti多孔合金 .研究了不同 Ni,Ti原子配比下合成的 Ni Ti合金的相成分 ,以及预热温度对合成的 Ni Ti合金相和孔隙度的影响 ,研究表明预热40 0℃时产物为单一的 B2 相 ,且孔隙度达到 46% . In order to improve the bio-activity of NiTi shape memory alloy(SMA),the porous NiTi SMA has been successfully prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS).The porous NiTi internal phase with varied Ni and Ti atomic ratio was studied.The effects on the porous NiTi internal phase and the porosity by various preheating temperatures were also studied.The results show that the porous NiTi is single B 2 phase and the porosity is 46% when the preheating temperature is 400℃.
