摘要
对NiTi合金热压缩实验的结果进行了分析,修正了实验中由于摩擦和变形热效应引起的流变应力的误差,由实验机给出的NiTi合金在700—1000℃下.应变速率为0.01—7.8s^(-1)条件下的载荷-行程曲线得到了真应力-真应变曲线.通过对曲线的回归建立了NiTi合金高温宏观应力的本构模型,计算所得载荷-行程曲线与实验结果相符,为NiTi合金高温塑性成形过程的数值模拟提供了准确的材料模型.
The hot compression test results of NiTi alloy have been analyzed and the erros in flow stress caused by friction and thermal effect were corrected. The true stress-strain curves were obtainded from the measured load-stroke curves at the temperatures ranging from 700 ℃ to 1000 ℃ and the strain rates from 0.01 to 7.8 s^-1. Constitutive equation of NiTi alloy at high temperature was established by curvilinear regression method. The simulation results agreed with the experiment. Research results provided the accurate material model for the numerical simulation of plastic formation process of NiTi SMA.
