摘要
本文利用access和mapinfo软件对1997～2001年南京城区土地出让地价样点地价数据进行属性和空间处理,形成地价样点分布图和各类专题图;在此基础上,分析南京城区土地出让价格的时空变异,得出各类型用地地价空间和时间上的变化规律,并对规律形成原因进行了探讨。
The land price data of the leased land samples of Nanjing City from 1997 to 2001 were processed with MAPINFO software and Microsoft Access to create a distribution map of the samples and all kinds of special maps. Analysis of price changes in space and time of the land leased in Nanjing City was conducted to find the price change pattern of each type of land in space and time. The reasons for the change are discussed.
