摘要
1998年至 2 0 0 0年连续 3年从俄罗斯引进凹目白鲑发眼卵 60 0万粒 ,经孵化后将体长 2 0mm左右的 2 0 3万尾鱼苗投放入赛里木湖。 2 0 0 1年 9月在湖中首次捕到凹目白鲑成鱼 ,利用捕捞标本进行了生物学研究。结果表明 :凹目白鲑在赛里木湖以浮游动物和底栖动物为食 ,雄性个体最早 3+ 龄性成熟 ,雌性 4+ 龄性成熟。体重在 1 4 0 0g以下个体的绝对怀卵量为 2 2 4 4 0～95380粒 ,平均为 57860粒 ;相对怀卵量为 30～ 76粒 /g ,平均为 51粒 /g ;Ⅳ期末卵径平均为 1 9mm。卵粒橙黄色 ,粘性 ,繁殖期在 1 1月中旬至 1 2月中旬。
million eye eggs of introduced from Russion Coregomos autumnalis were hatch and feed 1998～2000 and the 2030000 (arva(20mm) were released into the Sailimu lake.In Sep 2001.fish were first catched from the lake and studied on the biology.The results are that the fish take plankter and benthis animal asfecd adn the male are mature at three age adn the female are mature at four age respectively.The body below 1400g can reproduce 22440～95380 eggs.average 57860.The egg weight is 30～76/g.arerage 51/g.The muture eggs are yellow adn sticky and egg diameter is 1 9mm.The reproduction time is 15 Nov～15.Dec.
