摘要
目的 为了解我院住院患者医院感染发病率 ,加强监控。方法 对我院 2 0 0 1年 5 2 5 8例住院病历进行调查。结果 有 2 98例患者感染 ,发病率 5 .67% ,检出致病菌 13 3株 ,其中以革兰阴性杆菌为主 ,占 60 .15 % ,革兰阳性球菌为 2 1.80 % ,其他菌占 18.0 5 %。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the rate of nosocomial infections in our hospital, based on which strengthen inspection measures against these infections. METHODS The clinical data come from 5 258 hospitalized cases in 2001. RESULTS Among all patients 298 were infected. The rate of infection is 5.67%. Among 133 kinds of pathogenic bacteria developed, Gram negative bacilli are 60.15%, Gram positive cocci are 21.80%, others are 18.05%. CONCLUSIONS Through monitoring and strengthening the train of education, the infection rate could be lowered.
