摘要
目的 为提高治疗乳头凹陷的效果 ,介绍一种矫治乳头凹陷的新方法。方法 从先天性乳头凹陷的病理特点入手 ,设计出双菱形切口组织瓣支撑的方法。结果 1999年 11月至 2 0 0 2年 7月治疗双侧先天性乳头凹陷患者12例 ,均获得满意效果 ,术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合 ,无乳头血运障碍发生 ,随访 2周至 12个月 ,切口瘢痕不明显 ,乳头高度及外形理想。感觉良好 ,无复发。结论 该手术方法是矫治先天性乳头凹陷的一种理想方法 ,操作简便 ,效果可靠 ,切口瘢痕少 ,乳头形态好 ,感觉良好 。
Objective To introduce a new method for improving surgical result of congenital nipple inversion correction. Methods Two opposing rhomboid incisions were designed on both sides of the inverted nipple within the range of areola. During the operation, the shortened lactiferous ducts and fibrous bands beneath the nipple were released; tissue flaps on both sides of the inverted nipple were inserted under the nipple as support tissue. Results Since 1999, 12 patients with congenital bilateral inverted nipple were treated. In all cases there were no complication related to surgery and the appearance of the nipples was satisfactory after 2 weeks to 12 months follow-up. The shape and height of nipples were nice. Conclusion It is a good method for congenital inverted nipple with the it has following advantages: simple, safe, effective, indistinct incision scar and easy to be popularized.
