两侧新月形乳晕真皮皮下蒂瓣矫正乳头内陷 被引量：3

摘要 原发性乳头内陷是一种常见的女性乳房畸形，系由于乳头及乳晕的平滑肌发育不良、乳头下缺乏支撑组织的撑托所致。乳头内陷的矫治，既往较常采用乳晕菱形皮肤切除加乳头颈“荷包”缝合法。虽有一定效果，但矫正严重型的乳头内陷却常不够满意或内陷重现。近3年来，我们采用新月形乳晕真皮皮下蒂瓣填充支撑法矫正先天性乳头内陷28例，取得较满意的效果。
