摘要
随着小学教育改革的不断深入,小学教师的培养正在由中专、大专向本科层次过渡。那么,三种层次的培养模式究竟有什么不同?如何构建本科层次的培养模式?文章对中专、大专、本科三种学历层次的小学教育专业的培养模式进行了剖析。提出以塑造"大学文化"为目的构建本科培养模式。
With the development of the school education improvement, the schoolteachers have trained from secondary normal school and colleges for teacher's professional training to undergraduate. This article analyses the culture model of three levels of the schoolteacher's education and puts forward the culture model of undergraduate in order to portray 'the university culture'.
