摘要
技术转移是指技术从供方向受方移动的过程,并以受方拿到该技术为终点,该过程可以发生在不同地域之间,也可以发生在不同领域之间。现代技术转移的主要特点表现为技术转移方式的多样性、技术转移的多元性、技术转移的管制性和技术转移的软化性四个方面。
Technology transfer is the process that the supplier moves the acceptor. And its destination is that the acceptor gains the technology. The process can take place either in different distract or in different sphere. International technology transfer has four characters: the diversified nature of technology transfer's mode; the plural nature of technology transfer; the controllable nature of technology transfer; the soft nature technology transfer.
