基于国际技术转移的企业技术能力增长模式研究 被引量：2

摘要 技术的引进、消化、吸收以及自主创新对企业技术能力的形成至关重要。我国企业应该在国际技术转移的过程中重新整合企业技术能力的构成要素,不断地进行学习和知识积累,提高企业的技术水平和技术学习能力,形成有效的企业技术能力增长模式,通过进一步的技术创新和开发研究,实现企业技术能力的不断提升。
