摘要
论述国际贸易中基准性情报的概念、种类,探索做好基准性情报服务工作,建立贸易预警体系的具体措施。
Since China's entering into WTO, we have faced with the challenge of more and more trade barriers or green barriers from developed countries. Unexpected changes in rules and regulations that affect the treatment of imported goods can be costly and cause unwanted surprises for exporters. Thus, searching for the benchmarkings of other countries, such as the new technical requirement, revised standards, intellectual prop-erties , asking for inspection and quarantine and etc. become more and more important. Meanwhile, we should set up a set of early warning systems to automatically alert business and other organizations to change in trades.
