摘要
针对目前国内外广泛关注的食品安全问题,论述了该问题的提出及其产生原因,介绍了技术性贸易壁垒对我国食品贸易的影响,并提出了相应的对策,文章的最后对如何建立我国现代食品安全管理体系提出了一些建议。
The problem of food safety attracts attention at home and abroad. The appearance and reason of the food safety problem were elucidated in this article at first; and then discussed the effect of technical-barrier to trade on our country＇s food trade and its countermeasure; at last, this article gave some advices about how to constitute modem food safety administrative system for China.
