摘要
对陕西线椒籽和新疆线椒籽采取溶剂萃取 ,制取线椒籽油。利用气相色谱法对线椒籽油进行了脂肪酸组成分析。结果表明 ,陕西线椒籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为 77.7% ;新疆线椒籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为 84.9% ,两者比目前常见植物油不饱和脂肪酸含量均高。
A procedure of preparing the seeds oil of the red thin Cayenne pepper made in Shaanxi and Xinjiang by solvent extraction is described.Fatty acid composition of cayenne pepper seeds oil is analyzed by gaseous phase colour spectrum. The content of unsaturaed fatty acid in thin cayenne pepper seeds made in Shaanxi and in Xinjiang is 77.7% and 84.9% respectively.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in thin cayenne peper seeds is higher than the popular seeds of oil plant.
