摘要
从高速公路使用者的角度出发 ,以某段高速公路为例 ,采用级差收益法对其收费标准进行了测算和研究 ,提出了最佳的收费率和收费标准 ,并对高速公路现行收费标准进行了分析评价。本文提供的方法可以广泛应用于当前高速公路收费标准的制定。
In this paper, one method to determine price of toll highway is identified and a case study conducted. In the case study, the differential benefits of toll road users are estimated, and the optimal ratio between price and benefits is found. Based on this optimal ratio, the rational price system of toll highway are decided and the present pricing system evaluated. The method will also provide the tool for deciding and monitoring toll fee for the favor of utilization of toll roads in China.
