摘要
现有的车流交通分配模型在道路中主要考虑道路的延误函数,而对于收费道路,还需要考虑出行的综合成本。针对收费道路流量预测,通过研究各种出行方式的时间价值,在道路延误函数模型中加入不同出行方式的时间价值函数,预测未来年收费道路的流量。同时,通过调整不同收费标准的延误函数值,可以对项目合理的收费标准进行研究。
The main consideration existing traffic assignment model in road is the path delay function, for the toll road, also need to consider the cost of travel. In this paper, according to the toll road traffic prediction, by studying a variety of travel time value, in the path delay function model with different travel time value function, predicting the toll road traffic in the future. At the same time, through the adjustment of different charges delay function values, the project can be reasonable fees for the research.
