摘要
用不同浓度的 Na Cl溶液处理吸胀后水稻的五个不同品种的种子 ,结果表明 ,(1)不同水稻品种对盐胁迫敏感性存在差异 ,其中以辽开 79- 3和垦育十六号品种耐盐能力较强 ,表现在 Na Cl浓度为 15 0 mmol· L- 1 时的发芽率仍保持在 6 0 %左右 ,而垦育二号和开系 - 7品种的发芽率仅有 5 %左右 ;(2 )发芽期间根和芽对盐胁迫敏感性不同 ,在 Na Cl浓度为 5 0~10 0 mmol· L- 1 时 ,盐对芽的抑制率均大于根 ,在 15 0~ 30 0 mmol· L- 1 时 ,盐对根的抑制率均大于芽 ;(3)不同的盐浓度对幼苗的生长有一定的抑制作用 ,地上部比地下部对盐害更敏感。
Varieties of rice were treated with different concentration NaCl solution. The results showed that varieties of rice are very difference sensitiveness in salt stress. There are high tolerance to salt stress on Liaokai 79-3 and KenYu 16, its germination capacity is about 60% when NaCl solution concentration is 150mmol·L -1. However, KenYu 2 and Kaixi 7' s germination capacity are only 5% in the same NaCl solution concentration. During germination, bud to NaCl solution in more sensitive than that of root in low salt concentration, but in high NaCl concentration root is more sensitive than that of but.. Seedling is less tolerance than that of root in the same salt solution.
