摘要
在HTV船型浮阀塔板基础上,开发研制了新型BVT系列浮阀塔板。在2200mm×220mm矩形冷模试验装置上,用空气-水体系测试了BVT系列浮阀塔板的流体力学性能,并在相同条件下与F1型塔板及HTV塔板进行了比较。结果显示,BVT(3)浮阀塔板具有压降低、泄漏和雾沫夹带较少的优点。在原油常压蒸馏塔中的应用表明,BVT(3)浮阀塔板具有良好的特性,可提高轻质油收率,增大操作弹性。
Based on HTV boat form tray, three kinds of new BTV floating valve trays were developed. In a rectangular simulator (2200 × 220mm2 ) , air-water system was used to measure the hydraulic performance of BVT trays. The results were also compared with those of F1 tray and HTV tray at same condition. The studies showed that BTV-3 floating valve tray had lower pressure drop, and less weeping and entrainment. The industrial application in a crude atmospheric distillation column showed that BTV-3 had good performance, larger operation flexibility and better fractionation effect.
