摘要
采用空气-水系统,在500 mm×500 mm的方形塔内,对新开发的斜孔梯形浮阀塔板的流体力学性能进行了试验研究,测定了塔板压降、泄漏和雾沫夹带。应用空气-水-CO2系统,测定了斜孔梯形浮阀塔板的效率。试验结果表明,斜孔梯形浮阀塔板具有良好的流体力学和传质性能。
The hydrodynamics of the new employed gradient ringent trapezoidal valve trays are experimentally studied with the air-water system in a 500 mm× 500 mm quadrate column. The critical gas velocity through valve holes, press drop, entrainment and weeping have been measured. The plate efficiency of the gradient ringent trapezoidal valve trays based on the desorption of CO2 has been determined using the air-water-CO2 system. The experimental results show that the gradient ringent trapezoidal valve trays have excellent characteristics of the hydrodynamics and mass transfer.
