摘要
介绍了汽车钢板的发展趋势及其对纯净钢冶炼的要求 ,详细分析了目前钢包和中间包用含碳耐火材料的使用情况及对钢水和钢坯增碳的影响。综述了无碳浸入式水口、长水口、滑板的研究和使用现状 。
Development trend of steel plate for vehicles and its requirements for clean steel refining are introduced.Application status of carbon containing refractories for ladles and tundishes in con-casting system and their influences on carbon increase in molten steel and steel billet are analysed.Research and application status of carbon-free submerged nozzle,long nozzle,and slide plate are summarized and their development trends are discussed.
