摘要
加入锆莫来石可显著提高Ａｌ２Ｏ３－Ｃ试样的强度，降低其热膨胀值，而在加入量一定的情况下，粒度对试样性能有明显的影响；特殊炭的加入有利于提高试样的强度，降低其弹性模量，获得微细气孔及较好的孔径分布状态．特殊炭Ｃｒ／鳞片状石雷ＣＧ之比以０—１为宜．
Application ac effed of the mullite-zirconia(MZ) material,speial Carbon in Al2O3 slide-ante nozzle are studied in thepaper. Results show lhat: (1)Adding ac material can obviously elevate strength Of Al2O3-C Samples,deduca its thermal exsion. Within the proper amount ot sddition,grade size of MZ material have obviously effect on Property of Al2O3-C Samples.(2) ANtw special Carbon can elevate strength of snide-gnte,deduce its elastic modulus,and obtain fine pete ac hotter poedistributioo. But its Proper allition should ho controlled in the ratio of spotal carbon/graphite at 0-1. These results will be useful for making long service life slide-gate nozzle with superior thermal shockresistance, slag(errosion)resistance, and abrasion resistance.
