摘要
由于套管受到外力、化学腐蚀等因素的作用而引起套管变形、损坏,直接影响油田油气产量和注水效果及油水井的使用寿命。介绍了过油管检查套管损坏的电磁探伤测井仪(ЭМДС-ТМ)的工作原理、结构及功能特点,分析电磁探伤测井在模型井实验和现场应用情况,认为电磁探伤测井可检查油水井井身结构,对及时发现井身结构的变形、控制损坏的进一步发生将发挥重要的作用。
Casings are distorted and damaged due to many factors such as exterior action, chemical corrosion, which directly influences oil and gas production of the oilfield, water injection effect and oil and water wells service lifetime. As more and more well casings have been damaged year after year, inspecting and preventing casing damages have become more important than before in the oilfield development. Daqing Logging & Testing Services Company introduced electromagnetic exploration log tool (C-TM) that can be used to detect casing damages through tube. The work principle, structure and performance characteristic of this kind of logging tool are presented. Also experiments in simulated well and on-site application are analyzed. As a method of examining oil and water well structure, electromagnetic defect detection log will play an important role in finding well structure distortion and controlling casing damages in time.
