摘要
套管由于受外力、化学腐蚀等因素的作用而引起套管变形、损坏、错断等,直接影响油田油气产量和注水效果及油水井的使用寿命。在对大庆油田的部分油水井套损类型、套损的原因进行了分类及分析后,对井温及同位素检测法、超声波成像检测法、电磁探伤法和多臂井径检测法进行了对比。阐述了套管检测方法的优选方案,对实际应用有一定的指导意义。
Casings are deformed or damaged because of external force,chemical corrosion and so on.These affect directly the oil and gas production,water injection effect and the working lives of the oil-water wells.The types and reasons of the casing damage in daqing oilfield are analyzed.The well temperature and isotope, ultrasonic imaging,electromagnetic defect inspection,40-arm imaging caliper logging tools are used to study the casing damage.The optimal choosing of the methods of casing detection is introduced and it′s useful for practical application of well logging.
