摘要
对近 2 0年来发展起来的多种分子标记技术作了简要的介绍。简要地综述了分子标记技术在水稻育种方面的有关应用 ,主要内容有 :( 1 )遗传图谱构建 ;( 2 )杂种优势研究 ;( 3 )水稻重要性状的基因定位。
This paper introduces several types of molecular marking technologies developed during the past two decades,also reviews the recent progress of application of molecular marking technology in various aspects of rice breeding, mainly in: (1)construction of molecular map, (2)research of heterosis, (3)gene localization of rice.
